In addition, the contractor is to provide monthly service calls by technically trained service personnel to all customers who purchase dishwashing compounds supplied under this contract. A written service report is to be provided to the food service manager listing the services performed and any recommendations for corrective action to be taken by the customer. In addition, within 24 hours of a customer request, the contractor is required to make emergency service calls to handle problems requiring immediate attention and correction. Test kits for chlorine and quaternary sanitizer will be provided by the vendor at no additional cost, upon request.
